Pathetic Service
I have been logging endless disputes but i do not get a reference number or communication to state that i have logged a dispute, there are accounts that are showing they are in arrears and the creditors have told me they sent an email to get it updated turn around time is 20 days i am on the 30th day now and i am furious because its as if we have to pay or know the right people there to get things done. Another one is in adverse the account has been up to date since August has not been updated ever since this one as well the creditor sent emails on 2 occasions asking them to update it still nothing. Still in adverse. Updates for these accounts in September have not been done last updates were in Aug, I have been begging and calling for my accounts to be updated because i have paid seems like its a joke. Who regulates these bureaus ? Need to get them in action as well.

No one has contacted me up to this day I am the one trying to contact you still, and hope I get assisted as this matter has been dragging for sometime now, I am getting upset more by the day because I am not taken seriously or my complaint is not important enough for you.

Still no changes its the 3rd month getting feedback from the creditor and still not updating on your end, spoke to a consultant not so long ago it was confirmed that feedback was received but it will be updated on the 9th of November will you guys give me a job because by then I would have probably lost everything by then.
