pathetic service by EXPERIAN

pathetic service,where is customer service with this credit provider,only now they telling me i will have responce in 20 working days.i received their automated reponse in 14 august 2020.how many 20 working days must i wait for ?it is more than fifty days.my life is standing still because of this pathetic service.you guys are not home affairs with long ques .i think you can do better than this. hoping to see progress by monday 26 october please.covid 19 affected everyone but life still has to go on.
