Pathetic service @ Experian

I have been send paid up letters to *** and calling *** and i am never assisted, my credit score is going down even though i settled and sent them proof, i feel your customer service is Pathetic and the Pandemic must not be made an excuse because this is going on from 11/05/2020 i have proof.
