Pathetic service at Experian

If possible I wouldn't even give them a star. I have tried umpteen times to get hold of them via emails and many phone calls which doesn't get answered. Howcome Experian is the only credit bureau that gives this much problems with clearing ones name. Their service is pathetic and unprofessional.
