PATHETIC SERVICE AND THAT OF PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITC SCORES

I have never in my life experienced such a terrible service and to think these idiots is responsible for your credit rating I have been trying now 3 weeks to get something sorted a wrongfully account that I disputed 2 months ago and i see this is back on my profile = debt which isn't mine and 2009 which means even if this was my debt this has prescribed - when a person phone you hold on for 45 minutes plus and then you speak to someone who isn't in the mood to work and place me on hold for another 45 minutes. I have been trying to get this debt of my profile which isn't mine and then now I must check in the morning then 7 days - they don't know what the hell they ****** doing and this is people who is responsible for ITC scores ... get a damn wake up call !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
