Pathetic service

I have been trying to speak to someone from Experian for months and all they do is send me automated messages without any assistance. They have an account listed as arrears for months now even though i have sent them paid up letters and even got the bank to send them paid up letters proving it was never in arrears. Iv spent hours upon hours waiting for someone to answer their customer service line but no one ever does. You are ruining my credit score and life by not updating your damn website. This is sick. How are we suppose to trust an organisation that ruins our credit? You are destroying my credit score
