Pathetic *********** service!!!!!

Good day pity there is not a zero star rating.....paid my account last year in march almost 12 months later the dont reply on emails dont answer phone calls just keep ons saying phone there phone here but no results ****** pathetic i dont know anymore what to do.

Good day thank you and after that going to have to wait another 12 months for a response I tried phoning now again same problem but will send email and I know you won't give feedback
