Pathetic service

My name is Steven Mphephu, my credit report says that i have 3 open accounts with Letsatsi loans and i only have 1, i called compuscan 3 times already and letsatsi sent emails instructing them to remove those other accounts but nothing happen, im confused now becauuse when i call letsatsi they tell me its compuscan and when i call compuscan they tell me its letsatsi so i had to do a conference call with both letstatsi and compuscan consultant but they all dont know why its not updated and they dont even confirm when its going to be updated, my ID no ********** 702080 cell ********** 787
