Pathetic. I am trying to phone them to try and find out why Debt Review status is still showing on my report. Debt Clearance Certificate has been issued and sent through to them by DC but still showing on the report as being under debt review.

I tried to phone them on all the numbers i have available but the phone just keeps on ringing on end with no one answering. Additionally i tried to dispute this information through their Mycreditcheck site but the pos site is broken and cannot upload the documents, it just gives a server 500 error. mails and phone just go unanswered.

This is causing serious harm to me personally as i am unable to make any debt and my home loan gets denied because they have not removed the debt review flag

IS ANYONE GOING TO ASNWER THIS. I HAVE SENT 100s MAILS AND SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE. I HAVE NOW LOGGED AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE NCR AGAINST EXPERIAN AND ALSO SEEKING LEGAL ADVISE. YOU AS A COMPANY ARE TRAPPING ME BY HAVING A DEBT REVIEW STATUS ON MY PROFILE WHICH SHOULDNT BE THERE.

THIS IS CAUSING ME FINANCIAL RUIN AND I WILL BE GETTING LAWYERS AND THE COURTS INVOLVED
