Pathetic Experian customer service!

I have tried every possible way of contacting Experian regarding an incorrect credit report of a settled and closed account and has been 7 months with absolutely no assistance to my complaint. Constant emailing and receiving a generic response but not once has my complaint been resolved! Pathetic service! Where have all the human consultants gone? Who is meant to reply to these emails we're sending???
