Pathetic customer service

This company does not answer phone calls nor do they respond to my emails and this is 1 month of trial and error,

I have a dispute which I logged via email and they just send you an automated response and when you log in, they'll ask for your ID and proof of residence and they won't even bother with feedback

They are the worst company to ever exist
