Pathetic credit bureau

So for the past couple of months I have been struggling to get my credit report updated as it is quite outdated. My creditors have been informing them about my accounts that have been paid and in full and closed but nothing has been done. I've logged a dispute and they only updated my 1 account. What is the use if you pay all your accounts and close it and the credit bureaus doesn't see the need to update it?? Geez I would like to buy a house!!! I've called also and it keeps on saying that they are experiencing high call volumes and that I should rather email them
