Pathetic company

Experian is suppose to be one of the main credit Bureaus in South africa and have a huge global presence, however they are the worst when it comes to updating consumer credit reports and attending to disputes. I have logged numerous disputes from my online credit report profile online and all I receive is no reply emails. The disputes are not being attended to and they don't bother updating you. There phone lines are non existent no one answers, why do you even exist. You destroying people's livelihood by not holding inaccurate information and not attending to queries you guys are pathetic. I have an account from Marlin Creditors which must be removed cant hold of the creditors either and this is affecting my score cnat get approved for a bond either, there are unauthorized inquiries. Transunion resolved my issues as well as XDS why cant you do your job and do the same. Respknd to my emaile and investigate the disputes.
