Pathetic client service

I phoned (no answer, phoneline dies), logged enquiries and after logging a dispute sees that it can take up to 21 days to resolve. All I need is the dispute for Planet42/Carget (which I send paid up letter for) be resolved. I phoned them as well and they did send the info to you in Feb 2022, but for some reason the account is still on record indicating I owe them R81000 (arrears). Now I cannot see the credit score, because of the dispute and nobody helps me. I need a home loan and cannot wait 21 days for this to be resolved as it had to be taken off in Feb 2022 already.
