Pathetic bureau

Pathetic customer service I have been waiting for update on letsatsi loans account 77367r696152 to be update since escalated to present its been 3mnths talking about it I have made several dispute on the same account on compuscan it doesn't come out nut from other experian bureau it out I really get to be frustrated with experian cause I don't get any response from them I call I'm on hold for 2 hours without getting any explanation to why the account is still showing as it was out then in 2 Months on the line comes back the bureau need to be removed at all it not working with us to resolve the report it only happy to list only
