I don't think you guys are aware of the mess you putting people's lives in if you not doing your work. You deliberately ignoring calls and claim to be very busy yet i we are complaining and saying all this negative stuff about you and still nothing happens ! I logged a Disputes in January 23rd 2023 but till today nothing changed and both your reports still have different and negative data on my profiles.

This not enough, I sent you multiple emails and Disputes . I even went to an extend and disputed accounts on your website, but still no updates nor response on emails.

You guys really need to reshuffle your team or either your offices should just close because you are useless.

I will take this matter up with ombudsman.
