Pathetic

I have now called three times. Logged a dispute sent 3 emails regarding my profile that needs to be amended and still nothing is done. I’ve received no ticket number and nothing is being done about the disputes I logged.

You guys are pathetic. Takes more then 39 min to get through on as phone call and after that you still can’t get anything done
