Paid Up Letter - African Bank

Good day

To whom it may concern,

ID: *** Experian - 767852

I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach Experian's offices by phone since the 6th of January 2025. I also do not get a response on my emails sent from the 8th of January 2025. This is regarding an urgent matter involving a Paid-Up Letter from African Bank that needs to be updated in my records.

My credit status must be brought up to date as I have bank-related business that cannot proceed until this is resolved.

I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would appreciate immediate attention to this matter. Customer service in South Africa should not require this level of persistence to address a straightforward issue.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience on either *** or +***56

I look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely, Corne Berg

Good day

Thank you, but it is now several hours later and I have just checked mycreditscore.co.za, and it seems that the issue with African Bank has still not been resolved. Could you please provide me with the correct email address so I can resend the letter? What do you not understand if I say that this matter is urgent................

Good day.

Why??? I have always send my paid up letters directly to your department and it was updated in 24 hours.

"I am currently in England, but I will visit your office when I return home next week. It feels as though you are unwilling to assist me, which comes across as spiteful. I’ve reached out to you for urgent assistance because FNB Home Loans requires my credit report, and your delay is holding up the process. I cannot understand why it took 24 hours to update my records after I submitted the paid-up letter in the past and now it seems as though my case is being disregarded.
