Paid up contract shows as missed payments on credit record

I paid up my Vodacom contract in April. Have been struggling to get this off my credit record since. Shows that I am in arrears on my contract while I am owing NOTHING. Tried calling and emailing Experian and no one answers or responds. Disgusted
