Paid Up Account Dispute

There's an account dispute which is paid up but you try call to clear your name and you hold for over an hour to no answer and try emailing but no response. TransUnion was quick to get things sorted out with them, called them and answered quick and got quick assistance but Experian needs to change their customer service because these delays interrupt peoples lively hoods. I was even thinking of driving down to one of their offices and get this sorted out asap
