Paid off account

I raised a dispute on the 9th January 2020 and these useless people only get create a dispute on the 15th February for Jet Account that I paid off 2 years ago.. I was advised 21 business Days How many more Damn Days does one have to wait to be cleared off when this account is Closed off.
