Outrageous

It is impossible to get through to agents...calls go unanswered for a long time .I have a ***** case on my name I reported to Experian S.A no reply..... After 2+ months of waiting a reply came and requests that I re-submit documents again it's not frustrating but ridiculously outrageous. ********** ***** but I'm being ignored here no action being taken ; another few months I gotta sit and wait like an idiot for errors and accounts I did not make for someone to see if they feel like investigating my ***** case !
