outdated information
My experian credit report has outdated information on it, i have emailed them with my latest credit report from Transunion that has my updated information on but they are just ignoring my requests. And all they do is send me emails requesting the same documentation that i keep on sending over and over again yet they dont update my information, the report also VERIFIES that i still work at my old company and i was retrenched from there in 2019. this is affecting my credit rating and i am in the process of buying a house and i am unable to obtain credit anywhere as a result of this.

24 Jun 2022, 13:11To date i have not heard back from Experian, and my payments details still have not been updated on my credit report. This is very concerning especially for credit providers who are losing out big time because people are being unfairly declined when they apply for credit, as i am almost certain that i am not the only consumer who has this issue. i think i will take my issue to the NCR as well as the 702 Consumer hotline because it seems that Experian isnt interested in providing a logical explanation as to why their service is so poor and *************.
