OUTCOME OF DISPUTE A DISGRACE

I logged a dispute with Experian citing that I'm **********ly listed. I was appalled about the outcome. The creditor provided Experian with supporting documents which according to them confirm that the account is not **********. The following is what I could pick up from the documents:
1. in the contract form provided there are two different dates,
2. the bank statement is more than a year older from the date of loan,
3. the details of employment are not correct for the said period,
4. there is no payslip to support the application
5. The signature is not mine, I have specimen for the same period
6. The cell number provided is mine but there has never been an attempt to contact me in 7 years
7. The debt is listed on experian after 7 years of no contact.
Now I ask myself what did the investigators of Experian investigate if they could not pick up these issues?
How did the creditor grant the loan if there aren't any supporting documents as required by NCR?
Why should I suffer? Is Experian not interested in consumer protection?
Please provide me with answers and I hope you will deal with you investigator for this account in your internal protocols.
