Open ***** cases against nimble/compuscan
Hi all Nimble group and compuscan can only respond to thier ******* activities by end of January 2020 as they need to consult thier attorney. 2 months trying to get them to sort out thier iligal activities and resolve BUT THEY CAN'T BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT OUT GUYS I WANT YOU ALL TO JOIN ME WHEN MY ATTORNEY START TO SUE THEM FOR ALL THEY WORTH YOU GUYS WILL ALL BENEFIT FROM THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS I WILL KEEP ALL UPDATED AS MY ATTORNEY WILL NEED YOUR DETAILS WE HAVE 30 PEOPLE WITH LEGITIMATE CLAIMS AGAINST NIMBLE GROUP AND COMPUSCAN

Compuscan and Nimble are unrelated parties and as one of 6 data hosting bureaus, Compuscan (like all other bureaus) receives data from Nimble as per the NCA and then investigates and resolves disputes according to the NCA. The consumer care team provided you with credible evidence in respect of the disputed data on 22 January 2020. Should you not be in agreement with the feedback, you have the option of referring the matter to the Credit Ombudsman and/or the National Credit Regulator. Please quote the reference number that was provided when the outcome was sent to you.
