Ombudsman

After going through all the correct processes of paying my debt off, I was issued a clearance certificate, Compuscan has failed to update my credit profile, nearly impossible to get hold of, emails are also a waste of time, Compuscan has 48 hours to fix the above mentioned issue, or else I will be contacting the ombudsman to continue this matter further.
