Old imformation build up

This company is useless, theres accounts which has been settled an experian has not remove those accounts , it says i owe R59k were as itc is pulling through correctly for R19000, this is affecting my work because they check this things , can this be resolved urgently please because i cant even apply for anything because of you guys
