Not updating their system

I have two complaints.

1) I have a false Multichoice account in my name with Experian which I was never notified about. I do not even own a TV. Transunion knows nothing of the sort, and Multichoice says they have nothing on their records. They also have not updated my Credit Card history since 2015.

2) My husband is from India, but has a SA ID. Experian recommended that we merge the ID to the passport by providing them with documents. After endless queueing at Home Affairs to obtain said documents, Experian now says that the fault lies with Home Affairs for not updating to Experian. Dorothy at Home Affairs even got rude with us over the phone, INSISTING that Home Affairs do not update to Credit Bureaus, that the responsibility lies with Experian. Passing the buck it seems!!!

They have no regard that we have tried every avenue that they suggested and they keep asking something different from us. They have no regard that we might lose the home loan for the home of our dreams which we already signed an OTP for. I have been in tears today, because of them.
