Not updating reporting as per Crediy provuder inst

I had a listing (default) by Total sport in 2014. The account was handed over to DMC. This year DMC sent an instruction to all credit buruaes advising them to remove the default and set the balance to zero.<br> <br> XDS and Transunion did so, but Experian never did.<br> <br> Whenever I try to apply for somethung I am told that I have a default listed with Experian. I called DMC again and I was advised that they have sent the instruction again to DMC but still. I am still being told I have default listing with Experian.<br> <br> Why Experian not doing what the other CB have done and followed the instructions given by DMC?<br> <br> I phoned Experian to find out and the call centre told me that he can't see a Total sport account under my name.<br> I then bought a Kudough Credit Report and on it, it clearly shows that I still have a default listing witb Experian.<br> <br> What is going on?<br> Can someone at Experian tell me what is going?
