Not updating credit score despite numerous emails!

It has been over a month of waiting for the “only” credit bureau to update my credit score! My debt has been completely settled and in accordance with Section 71 of the National Credit Act Compuscan should have updated my credit score to which they have still not done despite many attempts to communicate with them they have not owed me a courtesy response to say they have received my emails! All other credit bureaus have updated their side so please explain why you cannot simply do the ****** same?! Totally unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a “reputable” credit bureau! Not impressed by any means!!!
