Not updating credit profile two years ago!!!!!!

Experian received, from my Debt Counselor in 2017, my clearance certificate and they had to update my profile and remove the debt review flag. Two years later they have not updated my profile and this is causing me so much of grieve and inconvenience currently. I am trying to get hold of someone at Experian but the phone just rings. I have sent emails and no response.

Experian will have to compensate for the inconvenience caused by them.
