Not resolving Disputes logged

I have no idea how this company is in operation and how a consumers credit information is allowed to be handled by this company. They do not answer calls, when logging a dispute via mycreditcheck.co.za you get an email confirmation saying you will receive a dispute reference. This never happens and every time i have to come to hello peter to get a reply and i have even cc'd in there head of operations only then do they reply. I logged a dispute a month ago for unauthorized enquiries which they have still not removed. I have sent direct emails to Leah Ramoroka.
