NOT KEEPING ITS PROMISE

on 2020/01/24, I have logged a disputes against the Capitec account. ON 19/02/2020 i recieved an email of the outcome of the dispute in my favour. they told me that Capitec is no longer reflect in my report but but when i check it is still reflecting to my report but i have sent experian an email notifying them about this matter on 04/03/2020, but since then they did not respond to my email. Do not play with my mind. can you update it please. I have got a proof of email.
