Not helpfull in any way

Not helpfull at all the ombudsman need to look into there dealings,this company needs to close down, i have accounts thats been closed for over 2 years , had some accounts that was in arrears due to covid related sircumstances and settled everything more than 2 years ago but still im paying a penalty for it, they refuse to take it down and says it must stay on for 3 years.
