Not happy

Experian is giving sleepless nights. I have been disputing a paid up dispute since February 2025 with no feedback the only email I get everytime is to submit ID and Proof of Payment with the paid up letter or statement showing zero balance and I respond all the time yet it does not get resolved. It’s 4 months now and it’s a nightmare contacting them I don’t even get a reference number
