Not getting any help

Experian has been debiting from my account every month for a credit report and credit score, that I do not receive. When I call in I am always told that IT will fix the problem but nothing is done. I also get bad attitude from the consultants and sometimes they'll just hang up the phone. All I am asking for is to receive my service as I am paying for.
