Not fairly treated by Experian and Compuscan

I first logged a dispute with EXPERIAN on the 25th of March for an adverse listing from Capitec bank. I never received a 20 days notification in writing so I disputed that information.They only rep**** in May and I was sent an email to complete on the 3rd of May which I did,2 months later no reply or feedback for my dispute . EXPERIAN does not take my dispute seriously ,I even called and nothing. I surely think we all deserve a fair chance which i am not getting. This goes for COMPUSCAN as well as the adverse is on both platforms and I was not given feedback from COMPUSCAN either same treated I got from EXPERIAN I got from COMPUSCAN
