Not Cleared after Supplier Notified them of *****

I was listed in Experian by error of Autopage due to a ********** account someone opened in my name.<br> When I was trying to borrow money from the bank it was denied due to their listing. <br> I Contacted Autopage, who sent me a letter stating that they've requested rating agencies last year already to remove me from their list.<br> I then checked by credit record with Experian and saw the account was still listed and also noted a lot of information that is not mine in their site, which left me wondering where that onformation comes from<br> I contacted Experian by email with the letter from AutoPage attached and never received a response<br> <br> The information contained in the credit rating is damaging and should therefore representative of the person being rated. <br> <br> When an error happens such information should be updated with great urgency to avoid inconvenience and further damage to the image concerned.<br> <br> If rating agencies behaves like Experian, then no supplier should check credit rating with them.<br> <br> If this is not urgently resolved, I will seek legal advise and deal with it in that way since it has already damaged my image and blocked my progress in life.
