NOT ASSISTING WITH BAD CREDIT RECORD

My daughter has been battling with Experian now for more than a month. She was put on ITC for a student credit card at ABSA. The card has been paid up and the account closed. ABSA referred her to Experian to remove her details from ITC. Please be so kind and start doing your jobs as you are ruining people's lives.<br> <br> To respond to her emails and tell her that \Your Absa Credit Card reflects as closed\" is not at all an acceptable answer. When will you answer her what she asks? When will you remove her details from ITC in order for her to be able to go on with her life?<br> <br> We will appreciate your urgent proper response to this matter."
