Not answering their phones

I logged a few disputes on the 19th of October. I understand that it takes 20 business days but I am just annoyed with trying to get you to answer your phones. The portal shows pending. I received no communications so how I am sure that this is being looked into. The bot is of no use, but I am not sure how to speak with an actual person
