Not adequate

What an utility useless services provider, my company has been struggling 2 week to get any form of help regarding a registration so that banks and other credit facilities can actually find us and that my employees can apply for loans at the bank because at this stage they keep on getting declined because we can't be found on Compuscan.... and no one at experian is helping us to solve this problem.
