Non removal of judgement prejudice against employment

I have sent so many emails to Experian to have a judgement removed which was paid up 2 years ago. The rescindment letter was provided. I get daily automated emails asking to send proof of residence. I am sending it 5 times a day but there is no resolution

Please can you provide a human being to talk to. This is prejudicing me from employment

Ok thanks do you have the rescindment letter. I emailed it with his ID and his proof of residence dated June. Please let me know if I should resend. Transunion had 3 judgements on Sanjays name they were taken 3 times for the same Angor Body Corporate Otto Krause. We are desperate to sort it out due to trying to seek employment. Thanks Chantal
