Non Existent Service - unable to get hold of anyone after 4 months

I have been sending emails to all of experians email address's that I can find. I have been sending mails daily since Feb 2023 this year. They don't even have the decency to reply! I tried phoning on numerous occasions - both CT and JHB - it just rings forever..... I have a good credit score - however it says I have a flag on my account for debt review? I was under debt review over 15 years ago. I can not get hold of the debt councilor as she no longer exists? (according to the NCR site). I have sent proof that debt councelling didn't work for me. I therefore sequestrated myself - I have since been rehabilitated (nearly 2 years now) - but I can't apply for credit as it keeps saying I'm under debt review....

This is really effecting my life - I'm at my wits end. People suggest I should get a lawyer involved. All I want is for my records to be corrected.
