Non-Existent service

If i could give a lower rating or even a negative rating, I would jump at the chance, Contact numbers listed, but no answer. No service/support. Every dispute is responded to with 1 and the same response. Other bureau's are paying attention to their customers and actually get the job done. You phone them only to get a recording that recommends that you email them and cuts your call. I do not understand why would the banks trust such non existent service from a provider. I am also taking this up with the Ombudsman
