Non existent service
I have now tried numerous times to contact Experian to find out why my credit score had dropped with 9 points within a 3 month period if all my payments are up to date and have not defaulted on anything. My bank cannot assist, hence, I was referred to their webside and email but cannot get hold of anyone, neither get any sort of reply???? Does anyone actually work there??? If so, your service leads to a lot of speculation and distrust.

Why ask me to get screenshots? Why tell me that my request is vague and what my score was? After sending them the dates and screenshots they cannot take my current score and add the dropped 9 points?
