Non existent call centre. Pathetic and non existent service

I have never experienced such a non existence customer service like this. Its very very appaling these people never answer their phone I have been calling all their contacts numbers from their websites for the past two weeks every day. Not even a single day their website is also not supportive. Logging a dispute it's a nightmare because the creditor that I want to dispute is not on the drop down list but is on the report what the hell. Why are they allowed to operate if they can't even answer their damn phone accompanied with *********** website? Pathetic service

Maybe you guys are not reading my query correctly or you ignore what I'm saying. Let me repeat. I HAVE TRIED TO LOG A DISPUTE ON YOUR PLATFORM BUT THE DAMN THING IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO LOG A DISPUTE AGAINST STANDARD BANK RCP LOAN..the data is incorrect and false ... this accoun has priscribed long time ago please remove it from my credit report. I remove it from transunion itc without issues you are the worst in customer service. Stop telling me log into something that is not working . I'm really losing my mind. Please tell standard bank to give you prove and remove the damn thing
