Non compliance NCA turn around time disputes!!

I sent a dispute to Experian and Transunion on the 7 August 2023 regarding a duplicate account. Both paid up letters where also sent. Long story short. i evetually got a maill from Experian on the 8 September confirming they are now busy investigating this matter. Why does it take month to read a mail and start the dispute process? During this period my profile is flagged as disputed now for a further 20 days. Ttansunion resolved the matter in 10 days got a response mail on the very sameday the dispute was lodged.. pathetic!!! They are not compliant inline with the NCA and turn arround times. I trust my correspondence sent today 27 September will be treated as urgent. Not going hold my breath.....i might just die!!
