No updates on credit score ans unable to contact

I have taken sim card account, a mr price account and a wonga loan, and yet my credit score has yet to updated.

For years my credit score has remained unchanged. It is affecting my plans and goals and my life, and is making things difficult for me. Tried calling but numbers don't go through. Have logged a dispute and nothing. For a credit company they should be easily contactable. Very disappointing
