No updates on accounts for a year now

I'm so disappointed with this company . They don't update accounts , I have an account I paid up last year December from Best debt finance and one from 50 5p loans I paid up in July already.

Now I'm being declined for a home loan because of this .

I have sent emails from August till now I don't even receive a reference . Tried to dispute on the website as well with no luck . This is so painful , we are parents trying to secure homes for our kids but we miss out on an opportunity because of a company that doesn't want to work !!! Painful
