No update on credit profile

I settled a debt since February 2019 and when I checked my report it still shows that I still owe the settlement amount. 120 days and experian is failing to update my profile amd have sent numerous emails and no has responded to me. Such a pathetic work ethic that NCR is not even aware off. SA needs one credit report as you guys can't even update people profiles.
